Warranty Period
This battery carries a warranty of 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects only. Valid only with original invoice.
Covered
Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects and internal battery failure under normal vehicle operating conditions. Ideally the battery should be installed by our Company as the Supplier.
Not Covered
Warranty does not cover failure caused by:
- Incorrect fitment or wrong application
- Faulty alternator, regulator, or starter
- Overcharging, undercharging, exploded battery
- Deep discharge or flat battery
- Electrical faults in vehicle
- Any Aftermarket electrical fitments.
- Physical damage or tampering
- Removed or damaged labels
- Signs of the seal being broken or tampered with
- Poor maintenance or loose/corroded terminals
- High draw accessories without proper charging support
- Long storage without charging
- Normal wear and tear
- Bulging Casing
Claim Conditions
- Original invoice required
- Battery must be tested by Silverton
- Testing may take up to 48 hours, (remember we sold you a fully charged battery).
- Warranty applies to original purchaser only
- No consequential damages covered
- Fitment labour may be charged if no defect found
